The Polygon Tower is a 19 storey commercial tower under development in Business Bay which offers office and retail space on freehold title.

The design of the tower is a polygon shape which enables maximum space efficiency and optimizes the surrounding view.

The architectural concept design for the tower has been submitted and approved, currently the detailed design is in completion stage. Moreover, the enabling works contract has already been awarded and excavation
commenced.
